I can understand why you cannot see where the next major drawdown will happen, you don't appear to be able to read and understand announcements,
Here is what WKT provided to its shareholders to show where the US$20mil was going.
As you can see WKT is only expected to have US$400k left over after covering all of the costs, I don't believe this summary contains the CAPEX blowout and the costs associated with the backup power generation.
