Notorious sorry I hurt your feelings. The company might need to raise money in the not to distance future and if they do a placement for example raise $25million the company could possible issue 500000000 at say 5cents to get the fertizer plant fully operational next. The capital raising very difficult and there's no guarantee they could raise the money to get project running next year.
