Nov 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Thursday:
** France's Federation Studios is in talks with possible advisers to help it explore strategic options, three sources familiar with the matter said, in a potential deal that could value the TV and film producer at over 500 million euros ($535 million).
** Proxy advisor CGI Glass Lewis recommended Origin Energy (ORG) shareholders vote in favour of a $10.5 billion bid from a consortium led by Canada's Brookfield BN.TO , despite opposition from the target's largest shareholder.
** Recco Control Technology Pte Ltd and Dazheng Group Investment Holdings Company Limited offered to pay $1.64 billion to acquire Hollysys Automation Technologies HOLI.F , increasing its bid by 6% from what if offered to pay in August, the group told Reuters.
** Software services provider Bill Holdings BILL.N is in advanced talks to acquire Melio Payments, a provider of digital payment tools, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
