Guessing if there is a bid it'd be an opportunistic cash offer.
Using two recent sector examples, the bids for Tietto and Musgrave (with only the latter successful to-date), if we apply roughly the same premiums from both the low and from the pre-bid price we can perhaps inferr bid pricing.
