Yeh i think their up front, but also calculating. Goshen deal is done on the 7th, so whats gonna stop the short termers from exiting after that date ? An announcement like the the one below
"This operation is expected to be undertaken later this week and the stimulation program should re-commence on or about September 13th."
From where i'm sitting ,SSN know the're on a good thing so overall a little hiccup announcement like this just help people top up before it goes into overdrive.
