Things can go awry in life. You might be a small business owner who uses Optus and has experienced lost business due to network outages. Perhaps you participated in the SPP and were disappointed like me. You could be a Medibank customer who had your details compromised in a data breach. Maybe you're an employee at PWC affected by the tax debacle. Or you might have been in the process of having a house built by a developer that has now collapsed.
