    Its a marketing exercise nothing more !

    $100K is a substantial sum. But when viewed in the context of what he already owns it's irrelavent

    Fox is right. If it was worth spending company funds on buy backs when the stock was $4.70 then surely the logic of a buy back now is even more compelling when the stock is $2.20 !
