They have been open as to the strategy. Build a decent holding by acquiring assets as cheaply as possible. I assume that the last cp at 13.5 cents was to pay for an acquisition that had been lined up. Unico has been cheap buying for the last few months. This is something that anyone following the company would have been aware of.
