glyna - how do you have any idea of the legal costs? per the judgement, ILP has not given an account of legal fees to CHM
CHM owe ILP $3m + legal costs.. whether the $6.5m from CFE is enough is anyone's guess
theories that the receivers will accept MMX's offer are far fetched (and wishful thinking on MMX's part?). the receives will only do that if no other (reasonable) alternative exists
