I do understand and essentially agree with what you're saying around questioning this and that ..... Keeping the Bas7@rds honest so to speak.
As far as the DW goes it's always been my understanding there would be slow drawdown of funds and this was very much like a personal loC in that only funds used would attract interest charges. So, I'm not seeing anything untoward, but I also don't have the depth of accounting understanding you and others have.
I do rely heavily on the process when it comes to these matters, rightly or wrongly.
