Not sure thats possible but,
They will move the goalposts to suit themselves to get what they want and whether thats honestly or decietfuly will depend on how or what numbers they need to get across the line...this will be a good lesson to those out there that continue to think BoD's of companies are truthful towards shareholders all the time when faced with the prospect of losing something themselves any underhanded trick will be rolled out.
