For me understanding your strategy and setup so well that it becomes all about the execution.

If im doing it right it feels boring. I see the trade and take it. No need to meditate on it or workshop around the feels.

In order to do this ive backtested my setups so i m entering the trade with some confidence and with an exit plan.

The exit plan is important. Just need to define yours.

Im a fan of the trading journal.
