We need a new partner with clout as it is big company territory where small fish like Inca are not going to get ahead.
We need to know how to play the game there, so we need someone big who can do that.
Hell knows we have had nobody in the past.
I think Ross just enjoyed going there.
As far as the name change is concerned, I understand your thinking but it is expensive and we cannot afford it at the moment.
