I don't think any of us know so maybe you are right. Not sure if anything can be read from the results taking longer than expected either way.
One cautionary comment I would make is that there can't be any deals done without the results being finalised and reported - and full disclosure rules would prohibit those results being leaked to another party to influence negotiations.
BIT has reached the 10-12cent resistance level and is being buoyed up with expectations that the results can't be far off now.
