What continually gives me comfort is the fact that right through this sell down,Goldman ,Black Rock,and especially Mr Goyder appear to have not sold one share but rather only increased their holdings at much higher than current prices, we can assume this by the fact that no change in substantial notices have been lodged. The continual short seller is State Street, however it is other institutions that are continually lending them their stock to do so , you can see this if you actually read the SS substantial notices . You can not blame them as this achieves 2 goals. 1 Some income on their CHN stock and 2 Gets the price down so they can purchase more stock very cheaply while they wait out the orphan period for this stock. PS They wont be paying $6 or $7 dollars in the next placement like they have in the past!
