Adam is a straight shooter with a proven track record who we can trust.
Most people aren't aware of what's he's actually done to rebuild our company from the bottom up. For example, his first job was to bring in new IT systems, servers, backups etc. Let alone dealing with the former team's financials and mismanagement issues.
Thank God he's a successful businessman who runs 4 construction companies and is experienced enough to reset the Inca rules re policy and procedure, financial and communication issues... just think about the skill set and experience required to do this!
I can remember when he first started his leadership here, he said that he spent more time on Inca issues compared to all of his other companies put together.
Add to this his own financial commitment as the major shareholder and putting in another $500k recently as well... putting his money where his mouth is.
In short, many people see the Inca of the past and play the blame game here like an endless record. Many could haves and should haves. But that's all history... with the previous team.
Time to suck it up, move on or leave the thread as all this predated Adam. I'm just grateful for his leadership and the new team's lean and mean approach (incl small CR). They've seen us through this painful transition and are steering us towards the future with the next drill campaigns.
