I don't know what GMs thoughts were but if I was in his shoes I would probably have looked to raise as well (I would like to say at a higher price but who knows). Main reason for me is an operation like ours needs a buffer for when something goes critically wrong. A fatality, pit wall collapse, Tesla sues is etc etc. If something happens that stops operations for many months and we don't have a buffer, then it could very well be a company killer (try raising cash in that scenario). I don't have an issue with the raising of the cash. The timing of it was 'less than good'
