That is a good point. Seems a simple suggestion, but it looks lie we need an odd number of seats. ( as opposed to the odd people in the seats ) This can get past any impasse. I think there is a rule however that if it is draw on the floor than the government loses the motion.
But easier if there where 149 or 151 seats.
