The next line of the announcement answers that question
"The receievers and managers are commencing an immediate sale process and are seeking urgent expressions of interest to acquire the group."
Keeping it as a going concern to sell the group off. Then distribute proceeds secured creditors 1st then if anything left unsecured creditors.
