Well said Poet. Adam has more skin in the game than anyone and the fact that they raised 1M in a day, shows that investors have confidence in the direction the company is headed. Accompanying the CR with 1:1 options with a very realistic, low strike price, should hopefully see them in the money and exercised in a timely manner. That will provide more cash to further the drilling program. It all seems very smart and strategic to me.
