There are other forces at play here.
Put it this way.
Sayona is , or was pro Carbonate at NAL.
The Canadian Federal government and JT are pro Carbonate at NAL.
The Quebec Provincial government is pro carbonate.
Guess who isnt?
And they have a voice and are very litigious....
