At a glance it looks ok, but what we all dont need and i"m going to say this for everyone, is that we dont fancy handing directorship over to someone who has gotten it completely wrong twice and being exposed to the same potential failures. There is no such thing as an American that wants to be part of the Canadian EV evolution.
Personally i think we all just need to calm the fluff down and stop spooking ourselves at least until we get to the AGM.
