Are you involved in construction? As in construction for industrial applications?
If not, it’s likely worth considering how much time it takes to get the early part of such operations constructed (eg earth works, foundations, concrete pour and settle, structural steel) vs time required to complete the rest. Or put differently, 50% of the build physically completed doesn’t necessarily mean still got 50% of the time to complete left to go.
