    mad max whats the point of the buyback when directors just dilute the company again with there generous .40 options they issued themselves?

    IDG buying back 29mil at .45 average & delisting the stock

    IDG management have 19.5mil options at .40 to exercise


    Makes the buyback pointless doesnt it?


    Preliminary report, unless im going blind IDG dont state what companies they have invested $5mil into, would be nice to know.
