I answered your question completely and my stance hasn't changed on this from the beginning .....if you want to look at my old posts I mostly avoided this opic but WHEN i COMMENTED i ALWAYS SAID "WE DON'T KNOW" .
Your problem is you always like to try to put words in my mouth and what I actually say doesn't suit that . You aren't a good listener and your mind is only working on ways to support your argument - confirmation bias !
You were the one saying it was definitely the US ....which are desperately avoiding admitting now .
