60% AZS ownership of Andover the take over offer is around $1.6 billion of $2.7 Billion for the 100% ownership.
so, WC8 being a $1 billion company at $1.04 not including options as they weren’t added to the AZS valuation.
back of the envelope calculation comes at around $1.78 would be a fair offer after some more drilling results to sure up the size depth and grade of the deposit.
