You make a lot of good points but you assume that Gina will buy STX.
This will not happen as I have outlined several times before. ( see previous posts ..." SN will not sell" .)
STX have big ambitions. They are not a seller. Why would they sell? I mean STX have the Perth Basin stitched up. Largest acreage and 'reserves' . With huge revenues about to be realised in the next few years. STX have the ability to become THE BIG BOY of the Perth Basin.
The other big boys will knock on the door but STX will just say go away, come again another day.
Their experienced Board will maximize this opportunity.
