My view on this is that you cannot lead a small company up the"Garden Path" and move the Goal Posts without some recourse....
Kvaefjeld is an extremely important resource particuarley for Greenland. There has been much misinformationn produced that gives a misleading view on the resource from the minister for Raw Materials Marianne Nathanielsen and also Najja P.......
The response ti ETM statement of claim which has to be responded too by mid January2024 is as I understand very extensive.....A prompt response from the GoG I think is unlikely....with a delay tactic....
It is obviously beneficial to the GoG if they could hold it in the courts in Greenland which IMO would be biased towards the current government....Denmrk were included because they have been participants on the wholw of the project from the beginning. Danish law much prefers to resolve issue by way of arbitration as it forces people to meet discuss and collaborate to reach a satisfactory conclusion for both parties....
IMO this is the obvioius way forward ETM have been open and transparent on options to develop the Kvanefjeld...the current government the minister for Raw Materials Marianne Nathanielsen has openly refused to enter into any discussion whatsoever on thie Kvanefjeld with ETM/GML
Simply advising that Act20 is the law etc... which sort of does not work from the perspective of ETM/GML and the past 15 year history...
