I agree I am sure between the faithfull NME believers the money could be raised in a flash with a capital raise from existing shareholders
The directors would not lose control of the project if this took place as I have heard on the rumour mill that this has been one of the sticking points and reason why they have struggled to come to agreement with potential investors and only dilution would have been to current shareholders with options as a reward for all our patience and end result would be we would be shifting dirt sooner rather than later

Lets hope the final hurdle is in sight because when nme clear it there will be big green arrows on our side
