How do you mean "they have rectified it". Rectified what exactly? Primary and back-up tool failed. Does rectify mean they are just putting another replacement tool down the hole. To have the same thing happen again. This like the the well worn saying about repeting the same thing and expecting a different outcome. One would hope that whatever caused the two tools to fail is understood and remedial action taken... but I am not holding my breath on that. Question to our resident O&G experts... can you fill in the knowledge gap for us as to what could be the reason(s) for the tool failures during sample clean-up. Thanks
