Charting is like looking at a landscape and imposing a border around your graph where the limits that you define may trigger an action either way.
If you read some of the voodoo chartists they have called it UP at stages as well as Down. No system is perfect good chartist now this and have long given up finding a grail.
There is a sign of emotional attachment to this counter by some posters by reading the thread.
