Regardless of who it was, they obviously did not consider A1N as a compelling hold at this MC/yield.
I'm sure the CEO/Board will come up with all of the usual 'synergies' BS to validate this, but at the end of the day, A1Ns top holders are bailing at every opportunity. This is very poor optics for this Board & CEO.
