I know that many feel that a board change is needed and I totally understand the reasoning behind that but I do feel that the time calls for stability not chaos. Think about it this way, there are a number of projects that are on the cusp of happening. If you were a CEO of one of our potential partners or a funding institution what would instability at board level and an uprising from shareholders tell you about the company. In voting NO you may actually hurt your own holding especially at THIS particular time.
Vote however you wish but give it some thought and leave emotion out of the decision.
