Sold this to buy CHN at 1.95 relative strength was around 40 now 1.59 relative strength back under 30. Under 50 the rsi can be rising towards 50 but the share price is still flat or ticking lower. Best to trade after relative strength hits 50 with some chart support. They say oversold is under rsi 30 but it can be a trap. Relative strength around 60-65 the rsi can be coming down but the share price may actually be rising. Hope i have been of assistance.
