not sure if we all have a full understanding of the outcome of this one...

i read it that receivers are still appointed but ultimately ipl can only get what they are owed and $6,000,000 has already been paid to them.

They cannot get any monies from MMX as it is not their case anymore, they are only owed a termination fee.

Think CFE are actually in a better position now as they are the one with the funds to payout IPl and gain access to the MMX settlement.
