Milestone ??? usually means a significant Trigger point has been met. However I have never seen 90% stated as the requirement for any Target mentioned by the Company. I would have thought that 100% was the 'Milestone' set by the Mines Department as the condition to be met before they 'Issue" the ML, which is probably why everybody is still waiting.
After Fridays action, I was expecting some significant news, turns out it is just another Pump and Dump for the Traders.
