Not sure that what you said is correct.
You need to understand that Hugh Wallace Smith is a Director of Bell Potter in Geelong and last week lodged a notice with the ASX increasing his shareholding from 14 million shares to 20,000,000 million shares (in excess of 11%) in EKA.
Hard to believe his clients wouldn't be well informed.
