Its easy to see if a lease is granted or not. The devil is in the detail. This application has just had its 5th birthday and is in an area that has been beleaguered with government bureaucracy by way of FNA's that apply to CHN, WYX, and others. I think a day or two to let the experts appraise the terms and conditions of the lease is fair enough
