No idea, but why 15%? I'd go 19%+, depending on their intentions. It has to be an investment or a potential strategic play - or a spoiler.
I once questioned, if gold was such a good investment thesis, why don't gold miners keep some physical on their balance sheets. This is as good a way as doing that as it gets.
