Yes, agreed (good call), but not every ASX listed company is in the dire situation of SGR, ie barely hanging on, day by day existence, the next external financial shock could be the final nail for SGR. Blown almost all the capital, would have fallen over earlier if not for the recent NSW Govt bailout via a range of concessional taxation arrangements. Would have thought the Board should be much more prudent in the early stages of managing financial risk and instead the priority to be rebuilding the business.
