He needs to deliver the other mining services contract that's been talked about for a while and some other positive news that moves the dial on the future profitability of the business.
wasnt meaning he needs to do any fixing from an illegal perspective.
just hindsight says that $3.20 for the capital raise was way too expensive considering after obtaining ESS new shareholders can get in for much cheaper!
I e. Why would I have paid $3.20 per share if I could have got them for $2.80 now?
