That's a lot of Bull.... If the LOM changes dramatically like say doubles by virtue of ore bodies and various other agreements which could not have been known at the time of the off-take , you cannot expect the LOM being automatically extended given its original intent , conditions , interpretations and resource base it was based on. Total rubbish.
