that was my initial thought - if there is a law that compels the Substantive holders to publicly advise SH of their intentions - then I too should be considerate and hence my post.
though, respectable and highly experienced commentator like MjShackl disagreed - so I am going with his advice as well.
tbh i was trying to be considerate and thought for all small investors - no ill intentions
