Ann: Placement to raise $500,000, page-7

So this is what management has pulled off.
They were planning to do a raise at 0.004 with options at 0.009.

Pulled the plug on that and went for a SPP at 0.0035 while advising shareholders that if we don't give money for another quarter for wages and overheads that it's the SHAREHOLDERS fault for lack of exploration.

And while realising after making ridiculous statements that SH aren't giving them money via the SPP. they extend it.

Realising even after extension, nobody is interested, they revert back to a raise at 0.0035 with free options at 0.006!!! for the Sophs!!

As a SH I will be voting for them to get the boot at this point. This is outrageous.
I hope T20 see this the same way.
