The divergence of responce is interesting.

For me and hopefully others this is a key announcement.

CSIRO was and has been in the fold for ages, however, the interlectual property linked to TIVAN has not attached to them. Rather it has attached to complex arangements with SMS and the former TVN "TNG". Now it seems to be home in Aussie with the quazzie govt entity that has Aussie company interests at the forfront.

we overlook that TIVAN is an incredibly important platform and will become more so as future commodity needs look increasingly at Titanomagnetite reserves and venadium as a commodity.

The fact that it didnt get a roll if the dice with Mt Peake for a plethora of reasons doesnt undermine its value.

This is progress in the right direction in my humble opinion.
