You would think management would release something to try stem the bleeding or at the very least explain it. Either release an announcement stating all takeover talks are off because it turns out the company is a dog after due diligence or just release guidance now with hopefully good news regarding revenue, ARR, EBITDA etc… brings me solace knowing David Keane is losing more in capital than I’ll earn in my lifetime so it’s not like the execs aren’t feeling the pain either
