Well I was just thinking this morning that the route sort of has been decided just the exact line of lay to Shell.The vessel has been docked for a while so one would think we must be very close to seeing the answers start to appear.even though some think that all the big boys have left I disagree there are a lot of soph and bigger players still in this as you watch the manipulation as some accumulate more as poor unsuspecting players sell in boredom.
