Just seems to overstate the importance of owning shares in a company.
you only own a number of shares and have no involvement in the company's management, it would be more accurate to say that you own shares of the company rather than saying that you own the company itself.
the fact you have no liabilities is kind of my point. It's your own skin and in the game, no one else's... Just because you have a big holding doesn't mean you need to disclose, have a right to ask for more information or need to tell others what you are doing.
i reckon you need to pump the brakes a little here man, i know you're sweating the outcome here (you've said so before) and that you have a big holding... but some of the stuff you post on here is really ludicrous. "Moral obligation" is case in point... where in corporate governance do shareholders have any moral obligations beyond their own financial interests?
