Re comment in some posts about tenements - I do agree that the full tenement ownership, specially surrounding Beecher, should be shown on a map. This is important because of the apex rule and the possibility that pegs associated with Beecher may outcrop elsewhere.
However a recent ann stated categorically that Beecher patented claims were fully surrounded by IR1 unpatented government. claims. So that should alleviate a potential problem, and possible issue of concern by holders.
News will come, and while I am underwater, my entry was a shocker and undisciplined. Would like to be in the green by Christmas.
