weren't the 44 million issued for preious CRs? of the broker.... not sure and just guessing, equity rather that cash?
what will a broker do with all that.
i wonder if the over 450million perform right issue will be in escrow for 10 years. me hopes
note those performing rights if qualified and vested, will be free and in so doing will still have an attached value when issued (this is common) and the directors will sell some as they will attract a tax bill.... also common
